Reason for Serving on the Board: Bluffton's  town council is required to appoint one member to the fire commission. As a Bluffton Town Councilman, I have a desire to help facilitate communications between the town of Bluffton and other governmental agencies (in this case, the Bluffton Fire District). Because of this desire and a desire to be involved with public safety, I offered to serve as long as a commissioner. I will gladly serve as long as I am allowed to.
